At the North Dakota Federation of Republican Women our mission is to empower women to serve with republican values.
At the NDFRW we want to build leaders, energize communities and keep North Dakota strong. We empower women from all backgrounds in the political process and provide a forum for women to serve as leaders in the political, government and civic arena.
Our Objectives:
The North Dakota Federation of Republican Women leadership team brings their diverse background, experience, and institutional knowledge to the organization.
Building leaders, energizing communities and keeping America strong, NDFRW empowers women from all backgrounds in the political process and provides a forum for women to serve as leaders in the political, government, and civic arenas.
NDFRW provides educational series, legislative updates, and opportunities for discussion to help women better understand the issues affecting North Dakota and our nation. Through practical training and conversations with public officials, we help members build the knowledge and confidence to engage in political and government arenas.
NDFRW encourages Republican leaders to pursue public office and help prepare them for the responsibilities of campaigning and serving their communities. Through candidate training, mentorship, and volunteer opportunities, we connect members with practical ways to support Republican candidates and contribute to election efforts across North Dakota.
NDFRW helps members understand North Dakota’s election procedures and the responsibilities involved in safeguarding fair, transparent elections. Through educational opportunities and engagement with election officials, we encourage informed participation and lawful service as poll workers and election observers to support the integrity of the electoral process.
NDFRW equips women with the skills, relationships, and confidence to take an active role in shaping their communities and government. Through leadership development, mentorship, and hands-on involvement, we help members strengthen their voices, communicate effectively with elected officials, and pursue opportunities in civic leadership and public service.
The NDFRW leadership team curates a thoughtful and diverse slate of community outreach events to connect North Dakotans with statewide and federal leadership. Through issue discussions, guest speakers, and educational opportunities, we help women heighten their skills, engage in meaningful conversations, and participate in advancing Republican values in North Dakota.
